They are excellent, trust worthy, and 100% professional. The most important thing is they are always available via email and calls, They are responded within 15 minutes and efficient services for maintenance. Always found better plans for customers and make it everything on time.. Much appreciated the efforts of the whole team especially Robert and Danny for their ongoing support and dedication.

5th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

17th Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Would not recommend for tenants. I expect they will call my review 'fake' or try to argue like the other negative reviews. If anything that provides a good taster of how they will act, but as a tenant there will likely be worse to come from them. You're in for a treat once they start to get their knickers in a twist about reasonable requests!
25th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I recently sold my property with WeLocate and they were amazing. From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.- 1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs
30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.
