5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

22nd Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You’re better off going with a well-established and reputable estate agent who actually knows the law and know what they’re doing.

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.

8th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

20th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

21st Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)At the beginning, this agency was nice , and friendly. They made a great impression and even asked me to leave them a positive review — which I did. I now deeply regret that. After a few weeks, everything changed. I had to constantly chase them every single month just to get my rent paid. Then the tenant moved out without paying all outstanding bills, and the agency initially said they would handle it. Since then, they have completely ignored me. They don’t answer my calls or messages and have taken no responsibility at all. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.
