9th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

They found us a buyer within a week of listing and made the entire process so easy for us. They were both highly attentive and were so helpful. They were really easy to get hold of during critical times of the selling and buying process and made sure we were up to date from start to finish. We had worked previously with other agents, but felt we got a personal touch from them, much better than working with larger local firms. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Martin & Co Prestwich!
7th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.
9th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely unacceptable service. We have been waiting for months for this state agency to fix our boiler. Every time we call, we are given empty promises and excuses. Someone is always “scheduled to come,” yet nobody ever turns up. Living without a properly working boiler for this long is unacceptable, especially from an agency that is supposed to support residents. This level of incompetence and lack of care is shocking.

Karen’s valuation and sales information was exceptional; Julie’s help with viewings and showing our house to its best potential and Claire and Tia’s patient but persistent chasing and moving things on. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
