12th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)The worst about this agent is that they lie. Lie about lack of problems with property, communication with vendor. We have ended up conned, lost money on searches and survey as they didn't act in the good faith. Deliberately mislead us to the point that I consider reporting it to ombudsman.

29th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)As the song says ...... You're simply the best, Better than all the rest Fiona and Avril couldn't fault them for anything, constantly on the ball. Questions , worries, solicitors you name it all dealt with swiftly and truthfully no sugar coating in any way only the truth given by both so you new exactly where we were at all times. They are a great team that we would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell. Thank you both so much.

19th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)I had my property for sale with Connells for 5 over months and they made very little effort to sell my property. The new manager apologised for their poor performance which was appreciated. I would not recommend them to sell a property on the Isle of Sheppey.

31st Mar 2025 (29 days ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.
