9th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)My father’s house in N8 was sold quickly and efficiently while I was sitting in the sun, in my house in Italy! The staff, led by Christian, did everything for us without ever having met any of them! I had an initial phone call when I instructed Prickett & Ellis to take care of the sale, then, all communication, appointments etc… was done via emails! Excellent Agents, friendly, professional and helpful ! Would recommend without hesitation!- 23rd Oct 2020 (3 years ago)Very helpful and happy to go the extra mile in getting the job done. 7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Nothing but problems with patrick notaro ,we agreed a fee then halfway through he added an extra £880 to the cost saying he had made a mistake with the calculation , two weeks later he asked my husband out on a date ,we have been married 8 years totally bizarre.

13th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Very professional yet really friendly. Very knowledgeable and provide good guidance and assurance throughout the whole process. They are highly responsive - and honest! They stood apart from every other agent from the outset and I’ve never looked back having engaged them. Definitely recommend them.
12th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????
