Michael was extremely helpful in my (long) search for a flat and he went out of his way to help me even with my own selling process, recommending me options and giving me general advice. He was honest and knowledgeable about every property I went to view. He kept in mind my preferences and was able to find and recommend suitable properties. He always followed up on any queries or issues I had. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area and even if you aren't buying in the area, he'll find someone who can help :)

27th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)They either have fake property ads (sales) on Zoopla, or are not trained enough to find them in the system. I had to call a few times to get through to lettings that put me through to sales (the same person picked up) and tried to get me to view something else even though the property is not marked as 'under offer' or 'sold' so it does feel a bit scammy to me especially that the pictures of the property were super blurry, like screenshots from other sites perhaps.
28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

25th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

I have experience of both areas ,they have an amazing team special mention to Mustafa Brahim Timea and Clifford who go the extra mile. Good communication has always been a priority for me and this team are excellent. I can only say they have provided a great service with there support and knowledge over the years. I would happily recommend to anyone who want to let or sell a property.

10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
