25th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)This is the fourth time I have used Homefinders, and once again they have provided an outstanding service.<br>Although my property was outside the area they normally cover, they were still happy to take it on. While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the process.<br>I would especially like to thank Ann (5?), Mahnoor, Melissa, and Yasemin for their exceptional support and outstanding customer service.<br>A special thank you also goes to Gassan for his invaluable legal guidance and for sharing his experience to help resolve several issues along the way.<br>I have been thoroughly impressed with Homefinders every time I have used them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I worked with several estate agents to let my fully furnished five-bedroom Victorian home, and Hamptons were by far the standout.<br><br>From start to finish, Haiden and Syed were diligent, proactive, professional and incredibly resilient. They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!

She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service. When my property manager changed, I immediately realised what a difference Sumaiya had made. I specifically requested to have her back because of the outstanding job she does, and I’m so glad I did. She consistently goes above and beyond, keeps me informed every step of the way, and handles everything efficiently, giving me complete peace of mind.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

Both were very friendly and able to offer fast and constructive advice. They definitely made us feel heard and considered, especially compared to many of the other larger agency's we had viewings with.<br><br>We would recommend to all!

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Update: having moved out of their property they did hit me with a spurious £270 "cleaning fee" which included items that I'd left in better state than I'd received them. This kind of practice is unfortunately common, and I'm dropping 2 stars because of it. We did eventually settle on £150, but not before they refused my offer of half price and tried to pressure me to paying the £270 because "this will proceed to TDS and will take weeks/ months to conclude." This is plainly manipulation and it probably works for a lot of tenants, but as a tenant you need to know that TDS has resources to help you here. Don't let them bully you, keep a careful record of the state you leave the property in and push back if they try to make an unfair charge.<br><br>Original review, still valid based on my experience of their management of the property: Unusually perhaps as a tenant I'm so far pretty impressed with Hunters. We've received great help from Timea in getting settled in, and I'm pleased to have a contact who is responsive and proactive in managing the property.

This little team worked their socks off , I had more viewings in 3 weeks than I had in 2 years . Ultimately they secured the sale. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Thanks Ayanda,Brianna and Jay xxx- 27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)A terrible experience trying to sell my property.<br><br>It started positively, with promises of numerous interested buyers, an optimistic valuation, a quick initial appointment and glossy marketing materials showcasing their local listings.<br><br>Unfortunately, the service deteriorated from there. I received frequent calls described as “market updates”, despite there being no meaningful update to share. At other times, emails went unanswered and calls were not returned.<br><br>Far too many people seemed to be involved—sales managers, team managers and sales agents—but communication between them was poor. I was repeatedly passed between different people, who blamed one another and failed to follow through on agreed actions.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property.
