I also received text messages, address and location of property. I was pleasantly surprised by the competent and professional experience of Agent SHARI CABALLERO-MCCATTY. She is a very kind and good person. He showed me two properties, was kind enough to pick me up in his car and take me to view the second property. Then he took me back to the station. 26th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been living in a building managed by Hamilton Chase for over two years now. A few months after moving in, rats appeared in the building. Since then, I have been consistently reporting every rat sighting in the building both on my own and through my landlord. The holes through which rats likely enter the building have not been repaired for many months. The agency has even stopped responding to reports, showing complete ignorance of the issue. Their professionalism is at zero level; I strongly do not recommend their services.

They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !
3rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had a wonderful lunch here for a family members birthday. From doorman onwards all the staff were friendly and attentive. The choice of wine is staggering, I settled on a glass of Malbec, others had cocktails, again outstanding. Now the food.. what can I say? Probably the best steak I have ever had! Even though we were stuffed, we squeezed in desert! Well done to everyone!
