15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)A worker helped us find a place after our first option got taken. He was kind and considerate and accommodating. We’re new home movers so we were very unknowing of this process and he made it easier for us. The agency were very professional and gave us every piece of information we needed. We also met Linus during the move in date who was also very accommodating and sweet. We really recommend this agency to any new movers. They make the whole process extremely easy.<br><br>Update:<br>Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the workers at Barnard Marcus. A colleague was getting too close, being touchy and sending flirting texts. He’s also significantly older which is even weirder. I mentioned this to Adem at Barnard Marcus and they said they would following it up. Since February I haven’t heard anything back. The case was passed on to someone and I’ve heard nothing from her. It seems they don’t really care, which is disappointing since we really liked Barnard Marcus and the team we were given. I shouldn’t have to follow up on a case like this, as it was even hard for me to tell anyone, and they should have taken steps to make me feel safe or heard.

Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!
10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We have had no certified account for 2024/25 and no draft accounts for 2025/26. It’s now July 2026.<br><br>They have over spent our garden budget by 200% and taken the money from our reserves.<br><br>I wouldn’t chose to use this company.
6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Ellis and Co in Finchley managed two flats for me for ten years and were amazing. When I eventually needed to sell these properties they were excellent. Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!
25th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Andrew has been fantastic all the way through to exchange and completion.<br>He has been accomodating and always made himself available working with our timings around work commitments.<br>At a difficult time leading up to exchange he worked hard at keeping in touch with solicitors and agents through the chain.<br>This sale may not have happened if it wasn't for his perseverence. 27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)A terrible experience trying to sell my property.<br><br>It started positively, with promises of numerous interested buyers, an optimistic valuation, a quick initial appointment and glossy marketing materials showcasing their local listings.<br><br>Unfortunately, the service deteriorated from there. I received frequent calls described as “market updates”, despite there being no meaningful update to share. At other times, emails went unanswered and calls were not returned.<br><br>Far too many people seemed to be involved—sales managers, team managers and sales agents—but communication between them was poor. I was repeatedly passed between different people, who blamed one another and failed to follow through on agreed actions.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property.
