She was professional, exceptionally helpful and flexible with viewings and went above and beyond to help me out as my need was urgent. The staff in the branch were very welcoming during my initial visits so would highly recommend if you are looking for a house in this area. The attached move in box was the last bit of surprising service they offered on the move in date ??????

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars if I could.<br><br>My experience with KFH has been an absolute nightmare.<br><br>I moved into a property in January and was completely unaware beforehand that it had significant damp and mould. Once I discovered it, I repeatedly reported the issues to KFH and their property management team. Despite numerous emails, follow-ups and maintenance visits, the underlying damp was never properly addressed.<br><br>I was repeatedly reassured by people connected to the landlord that there was nothing wrong with the property, despite the problems I was experiencing. Even KFH staff told me that “no one had raised it before”, despite the bedroom smelling so strongly of damp that it felt like an underground aquarium. Communication from KFH was also extremely poor, with very slow responses which left me constantly having to chase for updates.<br><br>Eventually, the property became uninhabitable and I had no choice but to move out and pay for alternative accommodation, resulting in thousands of pounds of additional costs and losses.<br><br>I paid for an independent damp and mould inspection myself, which confirmed the property had significant damp and mould. Despite this, I still had to leave the property.<br><br>What makes the situation even more frustrating is that £750 of my deposit has now been awarded to the landlord, despite everything that happened during the tenancy. I find this completely unacceptable given the circumstances and KFH made no attempt to resolve the situation and protected a very corrupt landlord.<br><br>This has been ongoing since January and has caused an enormous amount of stress. I have ultimately decided to walk away from pursuing the matter further for the sake of my own sanity.<br><br>I would never ever use KFH again based on my experience. I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering renting through them to think very carefully. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing, from the branch I dealt with right through to head office and area manager.<br><br>AVOID!!
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I recently bought a property through Philip Alexander and they were absolutely fantastic thought the entire process. Bradley and Billy were really helpful and supportive especially as the purchase process went on much longer than any of us hoped. They proved to be invaluable contact with the sellers and were always happy to provide access for viewing or surveys etc. But most importantly they were consistently friendly, cheery and a real joy throughout which helped make a potentially stressful situation far easier and smoother.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I am a landlord, and for nearly 10 years now, Hamilton Chase has been helping me manage my rental properties and assisted me in buying properties. Both the purchase team and the lettings team have been extremely sincere, friendly, professional and responsible.<br>When I needed to move out and let the property this September, Hamilton Chase provided me with tremendous assistance. I had left belongings in the flat which was in a state of chaos, they found the right people helping me clear it out, enabling me to move out as planned. Without them, things would never have gone so smoothly.<br>Having worked with Hamilton Chase for many years, I believe they are an excellent estate agent that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. As a landlord, I can confirm that they always respond promptly to tenants’ requests. I would gladly recommend Hamilton Chase to every tenant and landlord.

He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. 17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.- 30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)KFH handled the sale of our house exceptionally well - from valuation, to showing people round, and from when an offer was accepted keeping us on track through to completion. They were always friendly and available to chat through any concerns.

It was always a pleasant and professional experience working with Clare, Bonnie and Beck.<br><br>I’ve been renting through Oakwood for nearly 2 years. They made my move-in process smooth and have always responded quickly and been tremendously helpful when any issues come up, particularly Clare, Bonnie, and Beck! Really recommend!

I was buying a flat via them and the real value came from them managing the timing on the many in-flight processes to complete the transaction extremely fast.- 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)0 stars if I could - we were strung along for a confirmed viewing this morning and no one showed. Multiple excuses of “travel delays” and then subsequently told “I wasn’t told about your viewing until now”. Meanwhile, we travelled over an hour to the viewing and had to wait almost an hour in the rain while Kaylene strung us along saying someone would be there shortly. You can rent from the property managers directly these days so you’re better off going via JLL etc.
