As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we’ve had, making everything feel much less overwhelming.<br><br>He was able to find us the best rates and always took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step. Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!

He connects so well that I found it more easier to describe what type of flat I was looking for myself and son. His communication skills and deep knowledge about his job is for me unquestionable.<br><br>I will always go back to him if a suitable flat is posted on Hamptons Estate website because I know I will meet someone who can help me make the best decision.

Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. I will certainly be using him again for my other properties and won't hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and family.<br><br>A well-deserved five stars!

They have extremely helpful in finding new tenants ,I would definitely recommend other landlords to them .I would like to thank both Randall Nakadio and Maria mortzi In particular for helping me at every stage of the process. They have have definitely gone the extra mile for me ,and have made a very easy process,very professional and helpful in every way .I have already recommend them to other property owners who I know .

They were very good for keeping you up to date with every change or new challenge to sort out ! They are deffinatly really on the ball, and I would absolutely recommend them.

27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
