1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.<br><br>I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.

They have and continue to make every effort to meet the needs of tenants. I have found them to be a rare agents that are willing to go above and beyond, with ease.
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dhiya Ramnand for going above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected issue we recently faced.<br><br>My wife and I were tenants of a property managed by Peter Barry over five years ago. Recently, my wife purchased a unique designer handbag online, only to discover that her account still had our old address stored. As a result, the package was delivered to our former property.<br><br>I contacted Peter Barry in the hope that someone might be able to assist, and thankfully Dhiya immediately understood the situation. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to contact the current tenants and facilitate arrangements for me to collect the handbag safely and conveniently.<br><br>This was a particularly important purchase, as it was a rare, one-of-a-kind item that would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Dhiya's willingness to help, combined with her proactive and compassionate approach, turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.<br><br>We are genuinely grateful for the support we received. Dhiya demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness throughout, despite the fact that we had not been tenants for many years.<br><br>Thank you, Dhiya, for ensuring we were taken care of so promptly and for going the extra mile to help us recover such a special item.<br><br>An excellent example of customer service at its very best.<br><br>?????

From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.

There were unforeseen challenges along the way that she helped us navigate with confidence and clarity, and she was always available whenever we needed a chat which put us at ease and helped us feel supported. Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).<br><br>Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey.
