Great communication and very friendly and approachable staff. Also knowledgeable about the transition of the sale and were able to offer conveyancing services. Great value for money - I’d highly recommend.

Rook Matthews Sayers were also brilliant and so friendly throughout the buying process and there was constant communication. Brilliant service all round

Suite 5 , Saville Exchange, Howard Street, North Shields, NE30 1SE(50 reviews)17th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Horrific company, had living room wall crumbling away for 2 years and had to call in environmental health in any time repairs needed done to get them to send out contractors. It's now been circa 6 months and they refuse to send the confirmation code to the Deposit Protection Scheme. Clearly due the full amount as they never stated within 7 days of tenancy leaving that there would be deductions. Stay away, you would have a better time living in the street than renting through these lot, I know because after leaving that property I spent 3 months homeless.

25th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)Absolutely appalling estate agents. We were trying to buy a property which was on their books. During the course of our dealings with them, calls were never returned, they told lies, they were clearly too busy or could not be bothered to deal with us and they completely failed to keep their client informed. I have worked with many estate agents over my 30 year career as a property lawyer and I have never encountered such incompetence and rudeness. I could leave a litany of their failures, but suffice to say despite thinking I had found my dream property, I ended up pulling out. I would not even view a property now if it was on their books.- 31st Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)This company never gets back. They simply could not care less. It's a question whether they put forward any of the offers if it doesn't meet the sale agent's taste. It is the worst Estate Agent I have come across. I cannot believe people actually use them. Sellers avoid this company as your property will be on the market for ages without the Agents relaying any offers/communication from potential buyers. I have missed out on number of properties where they did not put forward my communication/offer to the seller. This company needs to be reported.
