21st Oct 2023 (1 year ago)Andrew , Patrick and Ian and colleagues at Hamilton & Stiller were supportive throughout the process from advertising our property, updated us after viewings and gave us advise regarding sale price , negotiations when selling. The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

This was an emotional sale of a long standing family home and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently with ultimately at positive outcome as the sale completed . 13th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)RR&K made our house purchase more stressful than it needed to be. We unfortunately ended up with a difficult seller, who would not answer queries properly and after only three months of conveyancing decided to put the property back on the market. We feel that RR&K did not manage the seller's expectations regarding conveyancing. Communications we had with Mike or Phil were unprofessional and left us feeling distressed. Morgan however always answered our queries quickly, politely and cheerfully, even in challenging circumstances.
29th Dec 2024 (12 weeks ago)As a buyer of a property I have to say that my experience with Powells Estate Agents and especially dealing with Oli Thompson, was totally unexpected. Normally, when I've bought in the past, the agent is working for and on behalf of the vendor, but to my surprise and delight Oli worked tirelessly for me too. He regularly contacted both sets of solicitors, chasing whenever necessary, including the vendor for some documentation, and kept me updated at least once a week with progress/status reports. I would definitely recommend both Oli and Powells Estate Agents and hope Oli is still working for them if and when I look to sell.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

I was not so happy with the service from the Chepstow office - very often there was no one in the office from Fine and Country. They did however find a buyer. Once a buyer was found the service was exceptional. Keeley was great - she was always available and nothing was too much trouble. Without her I am not sure the completion would have gone ahead. 20th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)Over the course of a few weeks I emailed and messaged via Right Move KJT a number of times. 99% of time I gained nil response unless I rung them. Then I found a Park Home I liked, placed an offer and was accepted. But the response level remained dire. They did all but say a survey on a Park Home was pointless. But, I ignored their guidance and went ahead. THANK GOD. The survey revealed the vendor had lied, the unit was 1970s not 1980s. He had used UPVC cladding to mask the crumbling walls. A window leaked and had rotted the floor boards. The unit had insufficient central supports underneath and held a colony of bats. The report went on further and concluded this was a substandard unit and not to purchase. I didn't and advised KJT Coleford of all this. Aside from acknowledgement of my withdrawal, they showed zero interest in the report. Now they have permitted the vendor to relist the unit, still describe it as 'modernised'. Their professionalism is appalling and their ethics debatable. The park home social media groups members I belong too are horrified at the saga and its gone viral within the community. I'd never trust KJT or recommend them.

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

We didn’t hesitate to market our property with Abbie, due to previous experience with her and because of her well deserved reputation as the best Estate Agent in the area! What you get from Abbie is honesty and professionalism, wrapped up with friendly advice and support from her and her team. Our house went from on the market to sold subject to contract in three weeks flat. The asking price was pitch perfect and we accepted an offer, just shy of the full price. Brilliant! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Abbie again and would highly recommend her unequivocally.
