3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They were always professional courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We were regularly updated and they put a lot of time and effort along with patience in the successful sake We highly recommend.
12th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I was selling property for a relative and though it wasn’t always an easy task with various formalities everyone in Stalham office assisted and supported every step of the way. They we’re professional, efficient and encouraging. Their warm friendly and positive approach made the whole process much easier. Would highly recommend them.

11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)The initial visit, photos and valuation were all handled professionally, very happy with this part of their service. I liked that they claim to be a local family run business and was happy to support them with my business. I appreciate that market forces often dictate how much interest the might be in a property for sale. In the 9 weeks my house was on the market I had two viewings arranged and then cancelled...not the fault if the agent ...but in that time didn't have one phonecall from Gilson Bailey to keep me up-dated or to touch base to reassure me. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it.
