They have a very professional team, who escorted me from the beginnig till the end. I viewed my flat in April and I got my keys in Agust. 24th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Always loved Brockwell Park. I lived around for 10 years. Great place for morning run, lunch time walk or evening drink with friends. Kids water play is excellent a shame that some water features doesn't work.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From having my offer accepted, they facilitated a super quick sale; Rachel from the after sales team was helpful in ensuring everything moved along at speed and we completed in just 7 weeks! I would definitely recommend Winkworth Eaton if you're looking for a home!
