Having had unsuccessful and unpleasant experiences with several other estate agents in Norwich, Nick’s dedication and hard work was very obvious, tangible, and clearly made the difference. 30th Oct 2023 (11 mo. ago)Tenants Avoid. We didn’t even make the end of our 1yr tenancy. Issues with damp in the property took ages to resolve, property was frozen during cost of living. No sympathy from anyone at HP, people who came to look at damp were rude and condescending. Genuinely made me wonder why I was paying rent if none of that money can be used to make properties habitable. If you’re smart enough to look at reviews before signing the tenancy, you’re smart enough to reconsider. Wish we had.

I had a very disappointing experience with them, and I strongly urge you to spread this information as widely as possible. Despite their promises, they never followed through with the service they claimed to provide. I recommend requesting written confirmation from them before making any purchases or commitments.

From the very beginning, Dan was supportive and guided myself and my brother throughout the entire process. He would take time to explain next steps and what was required from us. He was always on hand to ask questions and not once made us feel silly for all of the questions we asked! Dan offered a very competitive rate compared to other estate agents and I would genuinely recommend this company to support you in buying or selling a home. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to help us through what was a difficult process.
