Would definitely recommend to anyone made things very easy through process.
28th Oct 2025 (19 days ago)Exceptional service from the whole team at Norwich branch of Fine and Country-from the moment that Darren came to value our property, the support from the whole team whilst we were looking for a property to buy, especially both Richard’s and the exceptional skills of Julie getting us over the line. Start to finish the team made a difficult journey as easy as possible. The photos and the write up were brilliant and the house looked fab. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to put their house on the market in Norwich area. So many thanks. Hannah and Andy
22nd Sep 2025 (8 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

I say privilege because she actually went above and beyond to ensure we got the best service from the agency. She was efficient, proactive, reliable and still very professional. 25th Sep 2025 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely Excellent - above and beyond service. I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that without Attik, I would not be writing this review right now in my dream home. I was in a chain of 6 which nearly collapsed, however, Madeleine and Kate put lots of hours of work in with everyone involved in the chain. To be honest I had given up hope but these 2 ladies fought tooth and nail for the exchange and completion and I could not be more grateful to them. They are unlike other estate agents, (I hold a very unfavourable view of the estate agent who sold me this house), and they genuinely put the customer first. It is a service like no other and would urge anyone to use them to sell their home. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars.

Oana’s professionalism, skill and calm personality really made all the difference, and took so much of the stress away during the entire process. Not only was Oana able to help clarify things for us during the sale process, she was even able to use her negotiation skills to obtain us a better price for our house. Thank you Oana and the rest of the team.

8th Nov 2025 (8 days ago)I take public transport to view a property then walk 15-20 minutes. I get there and the agent phoned saying they have no one to view it. Not the first time this has happened. Poor service

23rd Oct 2025 (24 days ago)My boyfriend and I have recently completed on a property with iconic. It has been one hell of process! And one that we wouldn’t have gotten through without Julie. My boyfriend had majority of the correspondence with her, however every interaction he had with her was met with professionalism, kindness and fast working practise. She helped to put our minds at ease multiple times and played a very active role in helping us chase solicitors etc. She has been brilliant. We would highly recommend iconic as an estate agents and that Julie is a credit to the company. Thank you so much!

Mati was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Anyone thinking of buying a property should contact them if they want a very efficient service. Evelyn and Peter

7th Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago)House didn't sell, off the market while swapping agents. The service we were provided was very basic. Photos didn't show the property in the best light and not marketed to it's full potential. Communication was poor.

A few delays caused by my own transaction but Ed & Ben were so professional and were able to manage their clients expectations throughout the process which allowed us to achieve our end goal of moving 3 families in the chain. 25th Oct 2025 (22 days ago)The staff at Minors & Brady from the evaluation, office staff to the progress of the sale so far have been helpful and supportive. Tristan who viewed the oroperty was more appreciative of the state of the bungalow and how it could be modernised which was a vast contrast to others from other agencies. Some were disparaging and disrespectful of the property. Anyone viewing a property whether as an agent gauging its sale price or a house hunter viewing with the possibility of making an offer should treat a property with respect regardless of differences in tastes. It is or has been someone’s home and with that in mind people should suppress their own opinions and find ways to express a comment about the property which is neutral and respectful to the owner.
