16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

21st Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Mel and the team could not have been more helpful. Friendly, professional and caring Our Mother passed away June 22 and they handled everything very sensitively. It was a very difficult time for us having lost Mum and then having to sell the house. Cannot thank them enough for the way the sale was handled with us in mind. Highly recommend.

2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
