I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to them, for their support and help during this time. In particular Sophie, Nicole and recently Harley. I was a nervous first time landlady and hadn't got a clue how it all worked. I am grateful for their professionalism, experience and patience in guiding me through the years. We purchased through them and Libby worked harder than anyone, including our selling agent, to keep the deals together and keep everyone informed in the chain. Picking up after a colleague who moved on, she communicated with us more frequently and more professionally than our agents and solicitors combined. I wish we had used WHBrown for our sale.

From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

The process went smoothly and the team kept us updated all along the way. You will not go wrong in engaging him in any help you may need with regards to properties. He found us some lovely tenants and was most helpful in assisting us in renting our first property.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
