31st Oct 2025 (16 days ago)Savills proposed the highest of the three agency valuations we requested, and this proved to be a pretty accurate assessment of the market. Apart from our preference for the quality of their marketing presentation over that of other agencies, this is not a comparative appraisal, but I cannot see how the service provided by Savills could have been bettered by others. All the way through the process the work done by their people was excellent and delivered with courtesy and efficiency , and has delivered a successful outcome.
29th Sep 2025 (7 weeks ago)Ark property centre, Spalding have been amazing while selling my property. Eddy did a fantastic job organising the photos. I dealt with Toby, Tyler and Matt, sometimes Martin for the viewings, and Emily and Lauren when the sale was going through. All of them are absolutely brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. They had time to answer my questions and always gave updates and feed backs after viewings. Unfortunately 2 of my potential buyers had to withdraw for personal reasons, the team at Ark remained positive and were immediately back on the case with more viewings, so it’s been third time lucky! The service they provided never fell below excellent. The staff were all very friendly and professional and were a pleasure to deal with. From the initial valuation,through to marketing and sales, everything was done to the highest standard and we were kept up to date with all developments. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property.

27th May 2025 (25 weeks ago)We rented a property through this agency for two years and had a terrible experience filled with poor service and dishonesty. When we moved in, there were no light bulbs, the extractor fan wasn’t working, one of the rooms had no lighting at all, and the back garden was completely overgrown. The agency told us, “it’s your problem now” and refused to take any responsibility. At the end of the tenancy, they demanded the entire deposit — claiming it was needed for things like light bulbs, repainting a few square meters of wall, and cleaning a couple of small carpet stains (no bigger than a £1 coin). The total charges were nearly £1000! Once we returned the keys, the friendly tone disappeared — we were met with silence, rudeness, and even threats. Thankfully, I kept photos of the property’s condition before we moved in, and messages showing how they tried to make me pay for damage caused by a burst pipe — even though it clearly happened due to old plumbing. A dispute resolution service reviewed the evidence and ruled in my favour, so I got my full deposit back. My advice: Keep all communications and take photos before and after your tenancy. If you fall victim to this kind of behaviour — don’t give up. Stand your ground and fight for your rights.

Would definitely recommend using Leaders finding your home whether that is renting or buying as they are all excellent with the work they do to help individuals.

28th Oct 2025 (19 days ago)Russen and Turner were very professional from the start. The property was valued and marketed at the correct level facilitating immediate offers. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and communication within the team was good. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly. I was selling my late mum's house which was also where I grew up. Russen and Turner made the process easier by handling all viewings and offering advice along the way. This made a huge difference at a difficult time. I received a personal recommendation and I too would not hesitate to recommend this company.

21st Oct 2025 (26 days ago)Very disappointed with this company, having sold a few houses over the years, I have always had a regular communication with my estate agents, with Pycott and Crone, this was not the case! After we sold our property we spoke with them on the phone and have had no further contact from them since, no updates or anything on the sale of our property.. After exchange with our sale, u had a call from them which is the first call in 10 weeks, I raised my opinions on how unimpressed I was with their service, and was told they didn’t get involved once sold.. utter rubbish as no other estate agents work in this way !!! But the day after exchange they were very quick to email us their bill on our sale .. He worked really hard to get the outcomes we wanted and made a large part of the process much less stressful than I anticipated. 10th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Well where do I start, great unprofessionalism and lack of organisational. Booked a viewing for 09am when I arrived at property the person doing the viewing didn't have any information about my booking, I just have luck because she has another viewing at the same time. Two weeks dragging the checks, I have to chase them every day, always give excuses, that the landlord needs more time do decided ( when I start the application I was told that NO ONE ELSE will be considered to the property will I was on reference process) yesterday I received an email saying that I wasn't successful, when I ask GEMMA why? She told me that the landlord chose another applicant. LIARS is lie after lie, looks like a backyard company, JUST BE CAREFUL.
