He kept me informed every step of the way, and even when it was under offer kept me and my buyer updated. There were a few issues to resolve along the way and Mark was there for me every step. I cannot rate Mark enough.

From Grace's first valuation visit to the final conversation on key handover to Helen, every interaction has been the perfect mix of professional and friendly. The plan of how to sell outlined on day 1 was followed and enabled us to have a really slick sales process. I am more than happy to recommend their services. Thanks again to all the Hurfords staff.

From the very start, the team there were helpful, supportive and thorough, guiding us through the entire process. Due to our solicitors, the selling process was not without its stresses but Josh at William H Brown helped in every way he could and provided our buyer with all the reassurance he could, meaning we were able to exchange and complete on time. His communication and expertise were second to none. We would definitely use Josh and the team again snd would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There was a few hiccups during the process but they kept constant communication and updates. 23rd Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)I highly recommend the T Payne team for both house sale and purchase. My house was originally for sale with another agent but it wasn’t going well. Then I viewed a house to buy with Heidi at T Payne and was so impressed with her that I moved my house sale to T Payne. The market was painfully slow in 2023 but the T Payne team were communicative and I knew they were doing their best. Heidi sold my house in October and I bought the first one she showed me so a double win for the T Payne team! The after sales team, Max and Loraine were also super efficient and my house completed in about 10 weeks so I was happily settled in my new home for Christmas. I also used one of their recommended conveyancers Victoria at Hallam Solicitors who was also excellent. I would not hesitate to work with T Payne again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.

During a viewing, they allowed a dog into the house without permission — seriously unprofessional. It took them a month just to get the For Sale sign up, we had to ask, and even after I sold with another agent, they refused to take it down. They clearly focus on commission, giving smaller properties way less attention. They even advised me to reduce the price on Rightmove rather than simply emailing their enquiries list, which they refused to do. While the original photos were decent, I asked for one to be updated, and they sent someone over who snapped a single photo on his iPhone, didn’t even say hello, and the picture was awful! Worse yet, they wanted to make it the main image on the listing! Lastly, the property’s location was wrong on Rightmove, causing even more issues. Overall, minimal effort and little attention to detail. I would not recommend Aspires.

Our case was not straightforward, as we were part of a long chain, but the team was always there to assist and support us throughout the process. We would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future if needed.

16th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)We first met Steve when viewing a property locally and got chatting about his company. He was very professional, but also honest about the property he was selling (not usually something you find in an estate agent so we really appreciated it) We were having a very bad experience with the agents we had chosen to go with so once the end of our contract arrived we removed our property with that agent and went to Next Level property. Steve got us more viewings in the first 2 weeks than the other company had in the several months we had been on the market with them. Steve did the property photos himself, and the property went live on rightmost very quickly so there was no hanging around! His fees were very competitive and I believe a good deal considering the service you get. After we sold our property and bought another place Steve was still very active in getting the property through whereas in the past we have just been abandoned and left to deal with the solicitors ourselves, however, even though we dealt with the solicitors (he also recommended the best solicitor i have used!) mainly if we felt we needed things pushing a bit more Steve was always there to push it along and chase along side us which always helps! We have already recommended Next Level Property to family and friends.
