5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!

Communication skills are exemplary at this Agent as is speed of response to asked for changes or just the excellent regular updates. They work with excellent Conveyancers DezRez. A complete package which I heartily recommend to both Sellers and Buyers. 5 *
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Katie worked tirelessly with all parties, and legal teams. Her understanding of not only sales, but legal processes is amazing. So we start again, and I have every confidence that Harvey Robinson are the company to continue with the marketing of our property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
