17th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Both Gary and Richard were very good of keeping me informed of selling my property and advising me of the current market.
15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Very helpful and efficient service. Very pleased with our choice of agent, especially with the tenacity shown when chasing solicitors on the sale of several lots.
10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
19th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.
30th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)It was a pleasure to sell my property with Mathers from start to finish, I was given sound advice about pricing and marketing by Abi, who also photographed the house effectively and realistically - resulting in 14 booked viewings in 24 hours!. After an offer was accepted I was handed over to the powerhouse that is Tom Reed who kept me updated and in the loop until completion. . All members of the team were a pleasure to deal with and I would, unhesitatingly , recommend them to anybody about to put their property on the market.

27th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We have used SBC Property three times for both purchasing and selling and every time the experience has been faultless. Russell is very professional and works hard to ensure a smooth transaction despite inevitable complexities. I would happily recommend to anyone.
14th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Excellent service and I can't thank them enough for helping me deal with the sale of an inherited rental property. I would recommend them for both sales and rental.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We applied to rent a property advertised by Fowlers. Very professional at all times efficient and nice people to deal with. Whole process went smoothly would recommend.
31st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)If you want an estate agent who treats you as an individual, goes the extra mile to sell your property then use Sensible Move. Their rates are competitive as well.
18th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Map were fantastic from start to finish, passionate about selling our property, excellent commuication. Tracy was amazing and went above any beyond, would highly recommend.
6th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)I have recently sold my house through Cross Estates, completing in August this year. I’m really pleased I chose Steve and the team to help with the sale.

My house was a little outside their usual area, but Steve gave me really good, honest advice, particularly with regard to the current situation with the market and what I could realistically expect to sell for. We had plenty of viewings and good feedback and, with guidance from Steve, I received an offer I was happy to accept after a short time on the market.

Once the sale was agreed, Jenny was great at keeping everything moving and, together with Lisa at the solicitors, the whole process went really smoothly. We managed to complete in just 8 weeks!

I found everyone at Cross Estates helpful and friendly. They have a really relaxed way about them while still being professional, which I really appreciated. You hear so many horror stories about how stressful moving house can be, and although it’s always going to be a stressful time, they definitely made it much easier for me.

I’d happily recommend Steve and everyone at Cross Estates and would certainly use them again in the future.
6th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We had a great experience working with Robert Holmes in general and Tiffiny Peppiatt in particular in letting out our house. Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
25th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We bought our property through Celtic Estate Agents and had a great experience. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout. They managed to get everything completed in just 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Will at Marshalls Penzance gives estate agents a good name! 1st class, personal, attentive, regular communication, bought and sold though Will and both transactions faultless.

24th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have been working with Will and the team for many years now and have always found them extremely knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .
