Todd went above and beyond by staying after the branch closed to show me and my partner around a property after we finished work. We did end up purchasing this property and we have had amazing support along the way with weekly updates and the branch has made sure both me and my partner are happy with everything along the way ! I would definitely recommend using the team at fulfords as they have exceptional customer service and have helped us so much with our purchase !

Tina put me at ease as soon as I met her and Elisha’s attention to detail in photos were amazing. The whole team was so supportive. My house sold within days and they kept me well informed through the whole process. On the day I moved out they even brought me a ring doorbell tool because I had packed mine. If you are thinking of selling your house you can trust swift :)
27th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

We dealt with multiple people along the way and they were all amazing. Communication was quick throughout and any questions were answered promptly. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)All members of the staff, of Bond Oxborough Phillips, were always pleased to help with any enquiry, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The fact that they had an “Sales Progressor” was a an added bonus and to have someone who is at the top of their game what can be said but “Wonderful and fantastic.” Their removal of the mountain of worry and anxiety from the whole process of house selling and buying was a blessing.
