Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Initially first contact with Stratton and Cerber was excellent. The agent, confident, good local knowledge, and updated the starting process. Then nothing for 2 months . What a shame .
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We were very fortunate to have Dean at Stags selling our house for us. During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.<br>We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.

Charley, in particular, is a fantastic agent and she really puts her all into helping with coordination of sales and viewings. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat if you’re looking to list your house.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
