Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 1st Mar 2022 (2 years ago)From start to completion, our house sale was handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.
24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!
24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

3rd Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)My experience was very stressful thay did not check if buyer had any funds for 4 months then realised there was no buyer.then thay refused to give back my personal papers i gave them.personall papers I gave them when I decided to change estate agents.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

The fact that they had an “Sales Progressor” was a an added bonus and to have someone who is at the top of their game what can be said but “Wonderful and fantastic.” Their removal of the mountain of worry and anxiety from the whole process of house selling and buying was a blessing.
