1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.

1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ?? The photos taken looked really nice on the sales listing and through every step of my sale I was kept informed of the progress.
