The rental department especially Beata was a joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble when managing my 7 properties. Then when we sold to move to Italy the sales team worked tirelessly to achieve the best results. I can see why they are regarded as number one in the area. Thank you Jeanette and the team.

If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x
23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)I had a disappointing experience trying to arrange a viewing with this agency. I made multiple attempts to arrange a viewing but didn’t receive any clear confirmation. I was told emails hadn’t come through, which was frustrating. Then l was given a time over the phone and told that another viewer would be there before 15 min ago. And l asked them whether 15 min would be enough to see the house. They said yes and l would receive confirmation email with address of the house but l never received that confirmation email. As a result l was unable to attend the viewing. As a serious buyer with an agreement in principle, l expected a more organised and responsive service.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. 21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly.
