If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x
22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.<br><br>In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.<br><br>Awful service for an agency.<br><br>As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

From the very beginning, she has been knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly supportive, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer our many questions.<br><br>Our purchase hasn’t been straightforward, and there have been plenty of ups and downs along the way. Sally has been proactive, responsive and reassuring throughout, keeping us informed and helping us navigate each stage with confidence. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all of Sally’s hard work, professionalism and dedication. She has made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding mortgage adviser.<br><br>Thank you, Sally, for everything you’ve done for us.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . 21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I find it hard to describe the love and respect I have for Lincoln Ralph. We was on the market last year for 7 months with a different estate agent and couldn’t sell our house. With Lincoln Ralph, sold in two days at the asking price. The whole team, Michael, Anthony, Graham, Nikki- absolutely outstanding. We have a stable future thanks to this team, a good estate agent makes a difference and honestly if they asked me to pay double I would have done it! Special thank you to Michael, who single handed kept our chain running and moving forward. He made sure others stuck to deadlines, constantly chasing them to get a move on. He would explain things even our solicitors wouldn’t - and never made me feel like a single question was a stupid one (yes, I asked a lot of stupid questions). Our future family, my wife, our upcoming baby all appreciate him and the team. Amazing work guys, I will never ever forget to a different estate agent in future
2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Trying to find the right estate agent is a minefield!! Fortunately I backed a winner with Shaun McArthur and his wonderful team and am more than delighted! From my first contact with Shaun himself, everything was perfect and when I visited the office I was welcomed like an old friend. Matt has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings and we have enjoyed talking about our shared love of motorbikes!<br>Although the legal side of my property sale has been protracted and made tortuous by the buyers' solicitors, an inept leasehold management company and "red tape", I cannot fault McArthur Estate Agency at all and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.<br>Thank you for your help, great sense of humour and friendship over these difficult few months.
