22nd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!

Andrew (sales progressor) never heard of his role - yet now i have been dealing with Andrew - all estate agents should have this role, to keep things (progressing) and smooth for all involved. 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Very strange a house came up for private rent that same day I applied and they rang me saying I couldn’t apply because I don’t live in the area I live 5 miles away from the house,I don’t understand why that would be a problem anyway then asked me what budget am I looking at I said £700 then said I won’t be able to rent with that the house applied for is on for £690
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)????? Some people make you feel at home before you've even moved in. When I first met Martha, it was a rather gloomy day. The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. You've made me feel welcome in a town I'm about to call home. And that means more than you know. ??

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)If I could give them 6 stars, I would.<br><br>We hired PriceLinsey as our property surveyor for a flat we were going to purchase in Chesterfield. The Friday before our Monday survey, we were informed by our mortgage lender that they considered the property "not suitable for a loan" due to "in situ concrete" construction.<br><br>Massive thanks to Jamie, who not only helped us understand our situation, but also educated us in what to look out for in other properties. They truly went above and beyond, giving us the best experience possible of what turned out to be a very unfortunate situation.<br><br>While we were unable to finalize the purchase of the property, we will definitely be calling on PriceLinsey when we're ready to try again.

Tom and Natalie went above and beyond to help us sell our home and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they were always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. The online portal was also fantastic for keeping track of progress and knowing exactly where things were up to, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
