6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada.<br>I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale.<br>I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me.<br>I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day.<br>I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional.<br>Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!

From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable.<br>My house purchase completed in such a short time, which I'm sure in part was because the searches had already been done and also the excellent communication skills from the staff at Redbrik.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redbrik to anyone I know looking for an estate agent.<br>Thankyou again Matt, Joanna and all the team

Both Clare and Katie were very helpful during the whole rental process, answering all my questions and going the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I’d recommend Lime Living highly to anyone who may require their services.

If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x

I found Tony to be very friendly and professional as upon his arrival he had extensively researched local house prices within the area. After doing a walk through of the property and giving his personal assessment I was pleased with the valuation price. I do feel I need to mention that Tony wasn t just an estate agent that day but a knight in shining armour has an elderly lady took a bad fall outside to which he immediately stepped in to call the emergency services and make sure she received the medical care she needed. If I m going ahead with the house sale it will be Martin and Co Chesterfield Lettings and Estate Agents I would choose.Redbrik - Crystal Peaks, Sheffield

No application was received and saw on rightmove let agreed. It’s really not fair to be wasting peoples time going to viewings when they pick and chose who they want to apply. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.

I was initially a little hesitant after hearing from a neighbour that I might hardly hear from Rod, but I’m very happy to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!<br><br>Aaron and Emily were fantastic — always quick to respond, keeping me regularly updated and incredibly helpful despite the time difference. I especially appreciated that they checked on the property regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while I was working within a budget. I understand there is normally a charge for this, as there was with most of the other agents I spoke to, so I really appreciated their courtesy in making the process as stress-free as possible for me while I was abroad.<br><br>They genuinely made what was a daunting process feel somewhat easier. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was anxious or had a question, and there were many! I’m grateful for their support and would happily recommend the team at Alexander Jacob.

She was so helpful, kept us informed at every stage, and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening.<br>Finding the right estate agent was difficult as there are so many to choose from, but we are so glad we chose Haus. Becky came out to value our house and was lovely, very professional and extremely helpful.
