Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling. Some of the brilliant things they did: They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake. They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers. They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made. They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders. Selling and buying property always involves costs, but their bill is one cost we are indeed very happy to pay! Thank you Sue and Les you have been wonderful.

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
1st Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Impressive shop window. Gerald is courteous and honest, but his staff need to pay more attention to enquiries if they're going to improve sales. Not the cheapest, and doesn't advertise on Rightmove.

The Carmarthen team are excellent, we liaised mainly with Hazel, who has been absolutely fantastic, understanding and compassionate. Thank you all, for getting us through this journey, we now have our lovely new home.

They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting
2nd Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)The sale of the land had to contend with many issues over a long period which were unrelated to Evans Bros management but their patience, advice and perseverance in seeing it through was outstanding. I would not hesitate in recommending them for land sales.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
24th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Always loved Brockwell Park. I lived around for 10 years. Great place for morning run, lunch time walk or evening drink with friends. Kids water play is excellent a shame that some water features doesn't work.

From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to our needs. Throughout the entire process, they were always available to answer our questions, provide helpful advice, and guide us through the paperwork and negotiations. The communication was always clear and timely, which made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Thanks to Sian and Imogen's expertise, we loved the property they showed us around. Thank you also for the complimentary bottle of red and welcome card which was left for us on arrival.
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
