3rd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)We didn’t think of asking anyone else to sell our house, Paul Wallace had sold it to us originally along with every other house on a small new build estate, and done the resales in the 10 years since. We’d seen a house we wanted to buy and were keen to secure a sale in order to be proceed-able and put an offer in. We met Peter Gold from the Hoddesdon office and listened to his view on value, on other recent sales, and followed his advice on what level to price the house at in order to achieve our objective. He had a few viewings in a short space of time and then received an offer at asking price, his advice on value worked brilliantly. Peter and his team were superb throughout, often helping in the conveyancing process with queries and keeping us all on track with a level head and practical approach. I couldn’t recommend him and his team strongly enough.

2nd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)After firstly signing up with another new local agent in my area who was full of promises to market my property with the “wow” factor you soon realise what having a good agent really means and that an agent that lists your property with promises of all bells and whistles doesn’t replace the expertise of a long term agent like Oliver Mintons who knows the market where you live and has an excellent reputation and cares about what they do. Oliver Minton has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s not been a straightforward sale due to other factors in the chain but they have ensured things have gone as smoothly as possible. My biggest regret is not using them from the start! A big shout out to Jon and Sarah who have been fantastic.

I spoke to a number of agents before choosing Kieth Ian, who seemed the most professional, transparent and least salesy, while being competitively priced. They got the house on the market within a few days and got an offer within a week after that. Throughout the process Jordan was clear, honest and patient, and the only person who gave me any clarity/ honestly through the sale after having challenges with solicitors. Could not recommend any higher!

I had to repeat often to different staff the fact the property was chain free and some of the key points about the property....not sure I would recommend - not pro-active and not communicative!

9th Sep 2024 (7 days ago)If you are looking for an estate agency that's clued-up, tenacious, and just gets things done, then look no further than Fine & Country's Bishop's Stortford office. They'd come to us highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. The 'Team', headed up by Paula, with Debbie and Nikki just getting 'all' things done, this is a rare estate agency office; knowledgeable, efficient, and brilliant, I cannot recommend it enough.
