20th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Extremely helpful staff, went out of their way to help me get sorted in terms of documentation and the chasing I had to do. Special mention to Sam and Venetia who really went out of their way to help me.
24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)They were helpful but sometimes we had to chase for updates on our sales and sometimes they did not have any which suggests they weren’t always calling the viewers.
12th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)I bought my house from Ben some years ago and we are now looking to move again I will not use anybody else to sell my house. Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.
20th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I have moved house many times in my life but I have to say The Zoe Napier group really are a special group of people and a cut above the rest. I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

(1 reviews)15th Sep 2020 (3 years ago)Disappointing. Once we had signed up we didn't have one single point of contact and there was very little communication on how things were going. I had to repeat often to different staff the fact the property was chain free and some of the key points about the property....not sure I would recommend - not pro-active and not communicative!
2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

James was very professional, prompt and always kept us in the loop with regards to the progress. A first class service from start to finish. Always contactable with regular communication throughout the sale very competitive rates. I used their suggested conveyance service (by Premier Property Lawyers) which was also very efficient and professional.

13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!

5th May 2023 (1 year ago)We rented for just over 1 year, reported several faults during this period of which some where resolved, 1 being the central heating was in poor condition, the landlord requested a rent increase the following year of which we challenged until the central heating was resolved, the central heating failed during the coldest winter on record and we were without heating/hot water for 3 days. As we did not pay the increase in rent the Landlord was upset and issued us a eviction notice (joke right) appears Sage Ward didn't even tell them we had challenged the proposed rent increase. Sage Wage said I was lying, even thou I provided emails with the reports, no apologies were given. In summary from the outside they look great, but very poor services, We didn't sign the inventory as we raised concerns of which they failed to respond. Again all proof via emails held, fully decorated the house on moving out, better condition than when we moved in and they still have request just under £500 of our deposit, Gold star award company that hopes to charge £90 to grout four screw holes? WARNING keep any written correspondence, you will need it.

The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.
