Their services were so very professional and all the team we dealt with in Stanstead Abbotts were extremely good. They achieved the right buyer at the right time and the whole procedure was very efficient and the timing was first class. We would have no hesitation to highly recommend them if you want a smooth easy move. A big thank you to Jon, Lucy, Sarah, Linda and the rest of the team for all their help. Keep up the good work.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I took up his recommendation. First and foremost they are just lovely people and cannot do enough for you. They are so helpful and professional. I dealt with Nicola and what a breath of fresh air she was. She kept the chain moving, kept me up to date on what was happening and ironed out the problems which inevitably arise during houses moves, straight away without fuss. The biggest accolade I can pay her and Ward Estates generally was when you buyers told me what a lovely helpful girl she was and they wished they had gone with her. From start to finish a thoroughly professional and dress free experience.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property owner, with their kindness and cooperative nature, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The overall environment of the house was serene and calming. The peacefulness enveloped me, allowing me to unwind after long days. Moreover, the neighborhood itself contributed significantly to my positive experience. It was a community where friendly faces greeted me, and where safety and cleanliness were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. With its kind owner, serene atmosphere, and excellent neighborhood, it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

25A High Road, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, EN10 7HX(18 reviews)12th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.
