16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We had talked to Rocco about selling the empty bungalow that we inherited, but then a neighbour said that he wanted to buy it direct. Rocco called now and again to see how things were going. The neighbour messed us around for a year before we decided to call it a day and put it back on the market. We had a few agents come and look at and they all said that house prices had gone down and properties weren't moving. Then, while we were clearing out the property I got a call from Rocco asking how the sale was going. I told him that we were putting it back on the market and that we were at the property. Rocco came straight over to see us. Had a look around and said "Yeah, I can sell this". The next day I got a call from Rocco saying that he had a viewer. Over the next couple of weeks we had quite a few viewings, sometimes 2 a day, and one of those made an offer, which with the help of Rocco we negotiated and accepted. Throughout the sale process Rocco kept in touch with updates from the buyers, and he also helped liaise with our solicitors. I would definitely highly recommend Rocco and the team at William H Brown, Hoddesdon

13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I didn't even purchase through them and just arranged a viewing. Was such a pleasure to arrange a viewing and kept it so straight forward. Such a breath of fresh air when there are estate agents that take pride in what they do and realise the impact it has on the day to day individuals who are going through a stressful period to secure or sell a house. Freddie thank you for taking pride in the work you too and going the extra length.

Nothing is too much trouble. Response times close to immediate! Couldn't have asked for better to help my mother through an emotional time. Thanks to all.
22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have been dealing with Alex at Intercounty with respect to letting our flat in Sawbridgeworth using the full management service. The service we have received has been exceptional. They have secured Tennants within two weeks and the whole process has been well managed and smooth. We have previously let our property through Intercounty and it's reassuring to see that they have maintained the high levels of service we previously experienced.
5th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

Despite a few bumps along the way, Westley consistently went above and beyond to help me resolve any issues. He was always just a phone call away, even outside of regular hours. These guys are fantastic, and I highly recommend them for buying or selling your home. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for all your help, chaps!

They operated at all hours so we could respond quickly to the buyer's questions thus expediting the transaction. I would certainly recommend them.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Exceptional service, trust worthy, helpful supportive. I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Elliot Heath Estate agents highly enough. After being messed around and having poor service from another Hertfordshire based estate agent which resulted in a property falling through and a lot of time and money wanted, working with Elliott was like a breath of fresh air. Elliott was patient and attentive to all our questions, as the buyer I felt that he was trust worthy and honest in looking after our interests as much as the sellers who were the ones paying the fee! If you are looking to buy or sell a house, then I can guarentee you will be well looked after. Many thanks Jon

They are helpful, friendly, interested and professional. Syede Cole has helped me all the way through a complex purchase that needed some fairly lengthy legal administration. I never felt hurried by him; and I never felt that his commission was the only thing on his mind. There are some agents who really are NOT interested in their clients, but Syede is a decent person who wants you to find and buy the right property. Thank you, Syede. And thank you Cole Harding.
