What was becoming a stressful situation has been made so easy since we switched to Goodman Warren and Beck. Paul Warren has been so helpful from the beginning and has gone beyond expectation to help us.
27th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The worst lettings/estate agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

Kept us updated on the process with a way of communicating that was always to the point, with no frills. The process was very smooth and quick.

20th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)What a great experience to have out sale handled by Fine and Country. Our Agent Matthew kept us informed throughout the whole selling process and after each viewing. The fact that an agent accompanied each potential purchaser on a visit meant that we didn’t actually meet anyone because he dealt with all questions as they arose . This was evidence of an agent fully acquainting himself with the details of the property he was selling. Well done and thank you Fine and Country I would have no hesitation in recommending your agency .

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
