I was already contracted with another agency but when I ran into some very difficult challenges I approached Sarah at A&H for some advice and perspective. Though she had no skin in the game, she was willing to spend as much time as I needed to listen to my issues and provide support. There was never a hard sell or push for me to move agencies, just pure support and a willingness to sympathize with my situation. I would not hesitate to make Sarah at A&H my first stop for a real estate transaction in the future! In addition, her staff is absolutely lovely and a special shout out to Tom who is wonderfully kind. I give them five stars for communication and service with integrity even when, as in my case, they have nothing to gain. True superstars!

Even though she was representing the seller, she was extremely nice and made the whole process so much easier. Alexia was always friendly and approachable, which made a big difference, especially during the more stressful moments. She kept everything on track and was really helpful with any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend Alexia if you’re looking for someone who’s not only professional but also genuinely lovely to deal with.

However it is the communication that is excellent. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you
