20th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)Went in to ask about buying a property Received condescending attitude from one woman then another woman came over to talk to her and totally blanked me . Seem a very rude snobbish bunch and I will take my business elsewhere
9th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.

We have been kept informed of all the necessary processes during the recent sale of a property and we can rely on the advice and assistance they have provided. In the Letting department, support has always been available for the smooth running of our rental property. Well done Austin & Wyatt!

Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.- 3rd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Spencers have made purchasing a new home a delight and as straightforward as can be. Tina has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and had the answer for every question we threw her way, from Septic tanks to Pony Club. Communication has been easy and efficient with the Team going above and beyond to help with our search. We really appreciate all the time that has been put in and would happily recommend Spencers to anyone looking to either buy or sell in the area.
- 29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.

Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

We have just exchanged today and Darren has constantly kept us informed by phone or email and is always happy to speak to the other people involved in the chain to speed the process up and keep everybody informed at each stage, the service Darren and his team provide is fantastic and we would highly recommend using Hayward Fox if you are selling or buying. My husband and myself were inexperienced in letting property and were unaware of all the legalities and issues that it would involve. From finding suitable tenants, to advising on what needed to be put in place and seeing it all to completion, James guided us through the whole process in a timely and professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending James.

Natasha handled everything for us and no detail was too much trouble. From the initial visit, the photographs, the brochure and the viewings she was always on hand. A stressful downsizing move has gone very smoothly.

13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
