Even though we put the house on the market over Easter weekend, the process was done quickly and with good communication. We had regular updates and the staff were friendly and helpful.

They were very helpful and polite and even with the frustration of delays and COVID, they have remained brilliant. Thank you.

4th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We have just bought and sold with Hillier and Wilson. Their local knowledge was a great bonus in getting us into our new home. The whole team were always available to answer questions or deal with chain issues in a quick and positive manner. Carol, in particular, was a major driving force in liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to get the whole chain to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
