16th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone!

28th Sep 2023 (9 mo. ago)They were excellent communicators and went out of their way to help us even when there was no financial benefit for them. We would recommend anybody buying or selling a home in this area use them - as their customer focus and understanding of the local area is unparalleled.
27th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The worst lettings/estate agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

30th Jan 2024 (26 weeks ago)One of the worst experiences I have had. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. As someone who demands reliability and integrity I would not use this company. They are poor at communicating and when direct emails are sent they are ignored. If you are a seller I would choose another company as they will more than likely lose you clients. As a buyer I would go direct to the owner of the property and make an off the cards offer and cut them out.

14th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
