9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

She was able to answer any questions I had, including the steps I will need to take with the services providers for the property. I was free to have a good look around and take my own time over it until satisfied. Thank you ??????

4th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Austin Hawk Andover where brilliant. The team helped were always in contact and and were very efficent in helping us leave our old property and also moving into our new home. Communication was fast and detailed. Can not praise the tema enough for how they made they transition so smoth and quick.

30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Fox & Sons successfully sold my property, and for that I am grateful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service once a buyer had been found.<br><br>Communication was good initially but became disappointing as the sale progressed. Calls and emails often took several days to be returned, and I regularly found myself chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. An additional £99 + VAT AML/ID fee was also added, which I hadn't expected, and the property video that had been discussed never materialised.<br><br>The sale did complete successfully, but there was no communication to congratulate us on exchanging or completing, despite these being significant milestones. The invoice, however, arrived very promptly.<br><br>For a fee of around £3,000 plus VAT, I expected a more proactive and personal service throughout the transaction. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because better communication would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. Both the experiences have been great and Charters have always stood out in terms of the service quality they offer (esp compared to other agencies). Tom in particular has been very helpful throughout the process from managing the sales negotiation to sales progression and has always been approachable and very responsive with regards to any questions we had. The rest of the team we have spoken to, Lottie, Paul and Alex have been great to work with as well.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. 19th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was approached by Mr Jack Chitty of Woolley & Wallis, who assured me that he could sell our house for the asking price or more. I’ve heard similar promises before from other companies, and they all left us disappointed, but Jack was different. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>From the very beginning, Jack was in constant communication, guiding us through what needed to be done and offering genuine support throughout the process. He is an amazing bloke to speak to, highly professional, yet able to share a joke when he could tell I was struggling. His manner made the whole experience far easier than I expected.<br><br>Not only did Jack deliver on his word, he sold our house for more than the asking price we had set. He also showed a level of care and commitment that went well beyond what you’d expect from a real estate agent. I genuinely feel that I’ve gained more than just excellent service; I’ve gained a brother.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jack Chitty and Woolley & Wallis highly enough.
