We rented a property for two years, and have been amazed by the responsiveness and support during our tennancy. When we needed repairs they were tended to swiftly, and when we had our 6 monthly inspections it felt more like a catch up with a good friend. Thankyou for everything. Highly recommend them for all aspects of property rental or sales. Top notch!

From start to finish his communication was excellent and he made me feel reassured and well informed as a buyer, particularly when there were gaps in communication between solicitors. Would highly recommend him!

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 15th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. I was kept in the loop for all viewings and backed up with texts & emails. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Graham & Co.

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. 29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.
