Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.
25th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I endured a yearlong nightmare of deceit and neglect renting an apartment through an agency that prioritizes profit over ethics. Their contracts are skewed, property photos deceptive, and complaint responses non-existent. Despite promises, repairs were unattended, and regaining my deposit post-lease was a struggle. I strongly recommend steering clear of this agency.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!
28th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I just wrapped up 5 years in an Obbard-managed property and cannot say enough positive things about the team, particularly Stacey. I had pretty much every appliance in my kitchen fail me during my tenancy and Stacey and team would send someone over to evaluate and have it replaced within 48 hours; this was even the case during COVID…they did not skip a beat in their service. Moving to London from abroad, I was frightened by what were numerous accounts from renters (British nationals and foreign alike) about how difficult management companies can be in London, and Obbard proved them wrong! Should I find myself back in the UK, I’d actually approach Obbard first for advice on selecting a real estate agent as I trust them entirely. Thank you to Stacey, Charles, Yoki, and the rest of the Obbard team for everything!

5th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Had the worst nightmare of my life when they gave me an apartment absolutely infested with Bedbugs….. I asked for immediate return of my deposit and it took them more than 2 months to do it ONLY after the local council intervened.. Made me homeless and had the audacity to question me for complaining.. Absolutely incompetent. Please avoid at all costs.
25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

I was unfairly dismissed at a large international company and I reached out to a number of lawyers in London who told me that either they didn’t want to take the time to investigate or I didn’t have a case.
