From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed. What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. Allan constantly checked in on the progress of the mortgage process and stayed in direct contact with the mortgage brokers, solicitors, building manager, and everyone else involved, which made the entire experience far less stressful for us. Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

9th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

19th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.- 2nd Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Quite frankly the most diabolical experience I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating. I’m turning 59 this year, so I’ve seen a few things. The landlady refused to repair anything. And Foxtons did nothing. I’m staying at my Mum’s while I recover
