I was looking for an apartment in Marylebone, she was very quick to show me a couple of places that fitted my exact specification, and was also sending me other properties throughout the day as they became available. She was also very helpful for making the application as smooth as possible. 100% recommend, I had such an easy, efficient and great experience.

25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Sam was extremely helpful and efficient during my move-in. I discovered that the bed frame was damaged when I arrived, and she responded very quickly, contacted the maintenance team straight away, and arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. Thanks to her support, the issue was resolved without causing any disruption to my move-in. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
