Huge shout out to Rosie, who not only helped us with the arduous process of apartment hunting but also made every step so simple and easy to carry out.<br><br>The best part of her service was that she was very easily accessible over phone to answer any of recurring doubts. Extremely approachable, patient, and communicative.<br><br>I was searching for apartments for a while now. As soon as I contacted Rosie and the agency for the apartment I liked, I was quick to recieve a response. Within days I was able to finalise that I would choose the apartment. They helped speed this process up too. I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Communication was lacking, and issues with the property were handled poorly and slowly. I felt unsupported as a tenant, and it was a frustrating experience overall.

From the very first viewing, he was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to answer our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. He was always friendly, professional, and available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His communication was prompt and helpful, and we felt well supported throughout. Repairs were constantly delayed—I was left without heating for 8 weeks during winter, and maintenance issues were never resolved on time. Communication was poor, and staff rarely responded properly. To make matters worse, they entered my flat with their management key for a viewing without my consent. Completely unprofessional and a serious breach of trust. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.
5th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Tanveer was very helpful with showing and explaining everything about the property!<br><br>Accomodating a same-day viewing request for myself, consistent stream of text communication, then a second day viewing for my other flatmates who could not make it the day before, showing up all the amenities within the building! He was not pushy and down-to-earth.

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. 10th Aug 2026 (1 day ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

She provided an incredible service.<br>She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable.<br>During the process she helped me understanding the different phases and she intermediated the works among my broker, my solicitors and the vendor’s solicitors.<br>She is very responsive and clear in her communication, she advised and supported me during the full process, showing a in-depth knowledge of London’s property market.<br>I am really satisfied with her excellent service, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a property smoothly and with peace of mind. 30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

We really appreciated their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive estate agent.- 24th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist and the manager at the Foxtons Pimlico branch.<br><br>Today was the day I returned the keys to my flat. My tenancy officially ends on 26 July, but I was asked to return the keys two days early because the landlord wanted to paint the property on 25 July. I cooperated, even though my tenancy had not yet ended.<br><br>When I asked the receptionist how I would receive my deposit back, she gave me a cold and dismissive response, simply saying that the landlord would sort it out. She made no effort to explain the process, and her attitude and facial expression were incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br><br>The property manager was no better. When I asked about the electricity bill, the response I received was equally rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a tenant who was simply asking reasonable questions.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the landlord’s behaviour throughout my tenancy. The paint on the bedroom wall had been peeling badly, but despite repeated requests, the landlord refused to repair it and always made excuses. However, now that they need to find a new tenant, they suddenly want to repaint the flat before my tenancy has even officially ended.<br><br>I genuinely don’t understand this situation, and the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.
