I moved in around September, and now, after nearly a month, I feel compelled to leave a review. What stands out the most is Wei’s exceptional after-sales service. He has been incredibly patient and responsive, addressing all the issues and questions we've had as tenants (as you know, the first month always comes with its challenges!). His dedication has made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!

7th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)If you're thinking of renting a flat that is not a purpose built dwelling, I strongly recommend you read your tenancy agreement. This particular agent made no attempt to enlighten my partner. She is now stuck in the most horrendous property with the loudest neighbours, and nothing can help her. Beware! You have been warned ??

The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.

Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success! Outcome: Happy buyers, happy sellers and the Team has moved on with a smile ;)Highly recommend agents! If you hesitate… DON’T! Thank you John, Thank you Louise, Thank you Team

We also met our property manager Susan, she was also very friendly and helpful. This agency truly feel like a honest and reliable family owned business which is quite special in London's market, glad we came across them.

The whole experience was without stress and, assisted by all others in the transaction performing well, (solicitors on both sides, surveyor, lender and seller) it shows buying property can be positive and exciting. Above all, the Estate Agent’s input is crucial and Strutt & Parker went above and beyond on this one. He was very solution oriented and helped us overcome all obstacles, while we were trying to make the purchase from overseas. His efforts were commendable in every step of the sale. As overseas buyers, we highly recommend Isaac and would definitely work with him and Foxtons again.
12th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. I was always kept informed of the viewings, updates were regular and the whole process was smooth.
