12th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

9th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would highly recommend Balfours, Allister and his team worked extremely hard to sell my mothers property recently keeping as well I formed and giving good advice throughout. Would definitely use this estate agency again!

23rd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rang to make a viewing on a property that had just gone in the market 2 days ago. Was asked our buying position, and told the woman that our property is not yet on the market, but we are financially able to purchase without selling our property. I was told they had received a very good offer on the property( yet to be accepted) and a couple of other viewings booked, so was more or less told, we would be wasting their time. Absolute shocking. We would not even consider looking at MMP in the future. You need better sales people

They are easy to get hold of, friendly and any problems are fixed incredibly quickly. Jemima, who has been out main contact, is absolutely brilliant! I can not recommend them highly enough.
