Will be looking elsewhere now sorry to say. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience to say the least ????
25th Jun 2024 (17 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Robin Jessop - Bedale. They were good through the viewing and offer process but once the Memorandum of Sale had been sent out, we did not hear from them again, even on the day of completion. We were left to liaise with the vendors direct or through solicitors on all matters appertaining to the sale. It is a service like this that gives estate agents a bad name and I am a retired estate agent!

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Once I showed interest in the rental property, everyone got on board and help with the whole process. It was super fast and simple. I 100% recommend NGU to everyone wanting to rent a space. She was there any day any time to answer any questions (I had a 100 of them) over text or phone call. She really did take away all my stresses as a FTB, no question was silly. She even rang us after completion to check we were all settled in and happy. Thank you so so much Emma. Xx

Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.
