9th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Having used another estate agent unsuccessfully, Robin Jessop rescued us. They are friendly, professional and most of all honest. They always answer the phone and they do what they say they will. Practical advice is always on hand and they are very approachable. Mitchell and Sam have been amazing and attentive. I wish we’d used them to sell our house in the first place. I would highly recommend using Robin Jessop.

Although it was Stockton Branch, the Managing Director of both Branches tried to justify the terrible treatment and lack of any consideration from Stockton. Absolutely zero support and a terrible experience, no calls returned, no updates, and eventually blanked. **AVOID**

Only have good things to say about the lettings department, but the repairs team/property management are the laziest , least helpful people ever . We have a baby in our property and they could’ve cared less about 2 weeks with no heating, a leak for 2 weeks , damp. Absolutely useless

The staff are friendly and will do every thing necessary to provide a smooth path to a sale in a timely manner- 20th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.

26th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)The first contact was with Mark Smith who was very polite and professional at the valuation appointment. He was very tactful in explaining how he arrived at his valuation ( as the property needed major updating) and suggested that the auction route might be a good option. The picture and drone footage on the listing were very good. As we decided on the auction route we didn't really need to speak to Smith and Friends after the listing went live.

11th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)We agreed to 20 weeks with them to sell our house, they failed so after 32 weeks we left and they still charged us £264. We are currently looking for an Agent who will make a good effort to sell our property.
16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails were ignored, updates were not provided unless I chased repeatedly, and I often felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my own property. Basic professionalism and proactive communication were simply not there. What is most frustrating is that a perfectly viable sale appears to have been sabotaged by a lack of competence and care. Key information was either delayed or poorly handled, follow-ups with the buyer were not managed properly, and issues that could have been resolved quickly were allowed to escalate unnecessarily. Instead of guiding the process smoothly, the agent created confusion and tension. There was no sense of urgency, no strategic negotiation, and no accountability when things started to fall apart. Rather than taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and deflection. Selling a property is stressful enough without having to micromanage the very person you are paying to represent your interests. I expected expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this agency.

Lewis has a great team who go above and beyond to secure the sale, keep people ‘ in the loop’ and even when things fall through as is so often the case with property / they remain vigilant, committed and dedicated to work for the customer and sell the property. Delighted and would recommend this agency!

3rd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Since this company has been taken over in 2024 it has lost its professionalism and customer service. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.

From our first meeting with Emma who took the time to go through everything with me rather than a 5 minute look around to finish they made what could have been a really stressful process feel easy and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout, they kept us updated every step of the way and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Their professionalism, support and efficiency made a huge difference, and we genuinely felt like they went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and makes the whole process as smooth as possible. Thank you again for all your help ladies. I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. 20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

2nd Mar 2026 (30 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
