Wasn't the most straight-forward transaction, but Jenny and Rebecca supported us from start to finish, and provided an excellent service. They helped us resolve the many and various issues that arose with endless good humour and patience.

I would recommend this management company. They answer the phone quickly and put you through the correct dept straight away. Thank you Pam for your excellent service.
21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.

1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Tell us more about your experience Read our Guidelines for Reviewers Out of nowhere I chose Ellis & Co Kenton,whilst being in the area to provide a valuation for the sale of my property. They always say “first impression's”count. I can’t thank Carl & Viren enough for their entire professionalism and patience. Although the sale went through pretty rapidly -May 23 my solicitor “dragged her heels” which meant completion took 9 months and would have been longer if Carl and Viren had not intervened to help expedite the necessary documents, which I had no control over. I have now moved out of the area, but I would not hesitate to choose them again if they covered the other side of the world! Thank you Carl and Viren, keep up the good work you have been brilliant!

Considering it was a chain of 5 with all of it's complications, Dale went above and beyond liasing with all parties to ensure completion was achieved on time. I was extremely pleased with the service given by Dale and the ladies at Slades.

Then Julian who was absolutely fantastic, kept me up to date every step of the way. He went above and beyond and sped the process up- quicker than the solicitors. What could of been an even more stressful time- Julian was very calm, and got us to completion. Thank you guys.

13th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.
