23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Simeon at David Charles promised to sell our house, and indeed he did. Despite some ups and downs, he managed to get it over the line. He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.
25th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)I don't know why but, I feel they are just waste of time. they show house to about 30 people. then they call for interview with the owner. Owner is least interested in talking and decides just by looking at you if you can afford to pay the rent. Decision takes forever and meanwhile if we follow up. Once, very interested to reply guy (Anil Ranakoti) turns to a not interested to talk and reply guy. when called to know the status says ' you don't have to call, if you are selected you will get to know' I am serving notice to my current landlord, i can't let you take your own sweet time to reply.

They are both highly skilled, professional and kept me updated at every stage of the sale process through regular communication and updates. I would recommend Savills to all buyers and sellers as well as my friends and family members. A friendly and very helpful branch.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Used Mischa and Co to sell a house, and subsequently buy/sell a flat to my brother. George handled all the transactions. Was super helpful from start to finish. Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.

At first I was nervous so had a lot of questions regarding renting our house. He was very patient and explained everything. He has years of experience, which he shares and tailored to our particular need. The brochure, wording and photography for the listing is amazing. The service from Julian and his team are seamless.
4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)It took several fallen through sales before the sale of my Mum's house to go through and Carter Hayward were patient, professional and helpful throughout. At the time we were selling, I lived 50 miles away from my Mum and it was important to us that she felt 100% comfortable with the agent, which she did with these guys. In fact, she described them more than once as 'lovely'! The eventual sale wasn't the smoothest, but they were in constant touch and an effective go between with us and the buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

9th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Was keen on viewing a house but some 12 year old kid named Mo who they have manning the phones was completely useless in organising a viewing and eventually said that the house was sold despite not being sold. I went and viewed the house at another local estate agent who were very good at organising a viewing. I event put in an offer and gazumped the poor person who had the misfortune of dealing with Mo and Co at Brown and Merry. I am currently typing this review from that very house! Lesson learnt, when selling £500K+ houses don’t put a 12 year old as your front of house!

Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move.
