I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could. The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS! Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately. My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent.
