30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Leo the Branch Manager was fabulous. He maintained contact, fouup all communication and feedback and always arryon time for viewings. Can’t fault the service at all, highly recommended. Service and communication stood out way higher than previous agents in Evesham that we tried to sell with.

13th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)I assume I dealt with the manager - rude and impatient. Advertising of property was inaccurate. Communication was awful - emails ignored and an insistence on using the phone (so nothing written down?) Avoid!

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
