1st Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.

26th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I chose Nick Griffiths because I felt very confident that he would sell my house and their charges were slightly less than others. Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.
11th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

I would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be giving him a call for any further house sales or purchases we might make

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional and they always kept in contact regularly. They were recommended to me by a happy customer and they didn't disappoint. Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

2nd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would recommend WR Estate Agents to anyone. Scott & Jenny have been fantastic from start to finish with helping with our house sale. Hearing friends experiences with other Estate agents, we were expecting the same but from the first conversation we had with Scott we couldn't fault! WR has such hands on approach and you can really tell they love what they do. The minute a viewing has taken place they will update you to say that they've left the property & how they think it went. You will then get a proper update once the people viewing your house have given WR formal feedback. Every step is communicated & you are never left in the dark. You message on a Sunday evening, you'll get a response. Moving house is a stress for anyone but Scott & Jenny took away any potential stress involving Estate agents & im so happy my husband & I chose WR. Biggest thank you once again & we will continue to recommend WR to anyone we know looking to move??
