19th May 2026 (9 days ago)The rental office. Where do I start ! Today I met the owner of our previous Ledbury rental, she popped by with some post. We were issued a section 21 first week in January, we were shocked and devastated, I was hospitalised due to stress, we had a big move up from Poole in April 25, assured many times it was definitely long term. Owner informs me today it was never long term. After only 9 months and the worst time of the year we were facing eviction. This agent showed no compassion throughout this devastating process. After the appalling treatment we without doubt would never recommend this rental agent. This nearly broke us emotionally mentally and financially. One star is too much, lesson to learn is believe all that you see and nothing that you hear.
11th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

A special shout-out to Alice, who has been absolutely phenomenal over the past few weeks helping us navigate the home-buying process.

29th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Particular shout to Victoria Nugent who has been knowledgeable and supportive all the way through from valuation to completion. Also to Lee Auckland who was brilliant guiding us through the offers and negotiating to get us the price we wanted. The pictures and video of our property looked absolutely amazing and they managed to sell it within 3 weeks in December too!! It had previously been on the market with another agent for 6 months with no joy ??????. Scott's approach was honest and we really appreciated that. We finally exchanged with the backing and help of Scott + Jenny so a huge thank you for getting us over the last hurdle. We would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and family. I have never had a issue so far that hasn't been dealt with as timely and promptly as possible, and quite simply put, she is the reason i renewed with Leaders as i was so confident in her.
