19th May 2026 (9 days ago)The rental office. Where do I start ! Today I met the owner of our previous Ledbury rental, she popped by with some post. We were issued a section 21 first week in January, we were shocked and devastated, I was hospitalised due to stress, we had a big move up from Poole in April 25, assured many times it was definitely long term. Owner informs me today it was never long term. After only 9 months and the worst time of the year we were facing eviction. This agent showed no compassion throughout this devastating process. After the appalling treatment we without doubt would never recommend this rental agent. This nearly broke us emotionally mentally and financially. One star is too much, lesson to learn is believe all that you see and nothing that you hear.

Particular shout to Victoria Nugent who has been knowledgeable and supportive all the way through from valuation to completion. Also to Lee Auckland who was brilliant guiding us through the offers and negotiating to get us the price we wanted. The staff have always shown respect and are always polite. They will do their best to fit around you whenever possible, if we ever have to move again will certainly ask here first.

The pictures and video of our property looked absolutely amazing and they managed to sell it within 3 weeks in December too!! It had previously been on the market with another agent for 6 months with no joy ??????. Scott's approach was honest and we really appreciated that. We finally exchanged with the backing and help of Scott + Jenny so a huge thank you for getting us over the last hurdle. We would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and family. Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
16th May 2026 (12 days ago)Sophie is amazing, and so helpful! As are all the team, but i mostly deal with Sophie and she is fantastic. I have never had a issue so far that hasn't been dealt with as timely and promptly as possible, and quite simply put, she is the reason i renewed with Leaders as i was so confident in her.
