12th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)We are delighted with our house purchase in Colwall and with the service from Tom and the team. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. I will miss our daily chats haha! A beautiful new home hamper too!

Plus she was super friendly and chirpy. If all letting agents were like Olivia, the process of renting would be soooo much better! Thanks Olivia. Flynn and I are so happy to be here for many years to come (????)
17th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property. No level of customer service. Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.

Not only were we supported with our sale, but the lovely people at Philip Laney & Jolly also greatly supported in finding our new home. No sales pitches, no jargon, no games. They get the job done with the customer taking priority. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'll be using these guys again. Huge thanks Jacob, James and Mel.

We were lucky to view our new home with Chloe Farmer who was super helpful with our queries about the application and referencing process, going out of her way (and making our day) to let us know asap when our application was accepted. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
